Inn / Lodging Terms & Conditions:
- Reservations: At the time of booking your stay, a one nights deposit or 50% is required to process your reservation. Most Saturday evening stays require a two night minimum stay. Racing season weekends and other special weekends require a three night minimum stay.
- Cancellations: Reservations have a 30 day cancellation policy to avoid full charge. This policy includes all weekends, getaway packages, special events, and Saratoga horse racing season.
- All rooms and mini-suites are totally non-smoking.
- Sorry, guest pets cannot be accomodated.
- Guests under 18 need to be accompanied by a responsible
adult. Children under 12 years of age accommodated only by special arrangements.
