Water... The San Souci Spring will provide historically therapeutic and relaxing mineral baths. Nature will provide sea salt, seaweed, mud, and essential oil treatments available in our state of the art wet room. We will provide an elegant and relaxing environment for you to indulge in life's simplest pleasures.

Touch... Massage Therapist's will balance your body, mind, and soul - providing you with the healing you greatly deserve.

Art... Our creative team of Hair Designers specialize in the art of color and designer techniques. With you as their canvas, our Makeup Artist's will teach you the latest techniques with the highest quality cosmetics to create a new reflection of your beauty.

Spa & Salon Terms and Conditions:

• Advanced Reservations: We highly recommend that you schedule your spa appointments at least one week in advance to ensure that your preferred time and treatment or service is available.
  
  
• Cancellation Policy: As a courtesy to other Spa guests and our therapists, please give at least a 24-hour notice of cancellation to avoid full charge... A credit card number, advanced payment, or gift certificate number is required at the time of the booking. For spa packages and two or more guests coming together we require a 72-hour cancellation notice. Groups and bridal parties will require a 50% deposit at time of booking.
  
  
• Gratuities are to be paid in cash or by check to service providers. A 15-20% is recommended. Gratuities cannot be included in gift cards, credit cards, or check payment for services.
  
  
• Spa Etiquette: Our Spa environment is one of tranquility and relaxation. Please respect all spa guests' right to privacy and serenity.
  
  
• Spa Arrival: We recommend that you check in at Spa Reception at least 15 minutes prior to your first scheduled treatment or service. This gives you opportune time to enjoy a warm or cool beverage and to start the relaxation process prior to your scheduled appointment.. After your treatment, please enjoy the spa's relaxation areas which will allow you to float back to reality at your own leisurely pace.
  
  
• Guests under 18 need to be accompanied by a responsible adult.
  
  
• Health Conditions: Please advise us of any health conditions, allergies, or injuries which could affect your treatment or service when making your Spa reservation.
  
  
• Cleanliness: In keeping with our commitment to cleanliness, safety, and hygiene, our equipment is sterilized and sanitized after every treatment and service.
  
  
• Pregnancy: We have specially designed treatments for expectant mothers. Please allow Spa Reception and therapists to guide you in selecting which treatments and services are most suitable for you during this special time.
  
  
• Loss or Damage: We regret that we cannot be responsible for any loss or damage of personal articles. Please keep all valuables with you during your visit.
